A Yes we do offer finance for our holiday homes. We use several well-known companies including Blackhorse & Barclays.

Can I Live In My Holiday Home?

A Unfortunately our license only offers our owners to use their holiday homes at recreational use. Although you are unable to live in the holiday home you can use it as much as you like whenever you like during our open months.

How Many Months of the Year Can I Use My Holiday Home?

We offer our holiday home owners a 10 month license when using their holiday homes.

How Much Do Your Holiday Homes Start From?

Our holiday home start from as little as £9,995 cash package price. We can also offer finance packages from as little as a 10% deposit of the package price

Can My Friends And Family Visit Me At The Holiday Park?

Of course your friends and family can visit you at your holiday home! At Cosgrove Leisure we offer Owners Passes to our guests which allows them a set amount of passes which gains you and your family access to the park & all of the entertainment.

If I Bought a Holiday Home How Quickly Can I Move In?

We aim for all of our Holiday Home owners to move in within 2 weeks of the holiday home being purchased.

What Facilities Do You Have On The Holiday Park?

On This holiday park we have some amazing non expense facilities including an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, amusement arcade, fully licensed bar and restaurant, kids club, onsite shop, and adventure playground.

Do You Offer A Direct Debit Scheme For The Holiday Home Running Costs?

Yes we do offer a direct debit scheme for our owners to help break down their running costs.

Are There Any Ways I Could Help Offset My Running Costs For My Holiday Home?

There are a few ways that you can help set off your running costs, one of our owners favourite ways to do this is by taking advantage of our owners referral scheme.

Can I Rent Out My Holiday Home?

We do allow our owners to rent out their holiday homes. This is another way they like to help offset their running costs when they are not using it.
